Spence turned Miguel into food! Now the scavengers will eat what's left of his carcass!

Your only as good as your last fight in boxing. Everyone jumping the gun because Mikey got hammered against Spence as expected.
Shows how good Spence is and that the weight difference would no doubt come into play..
let’s sit back and see how Mikey copes with this mentally before people suggest he can’t beat anyone unless he goes to 135 which is utter crap

Lol. Mikey was sub-152.5lbs on the day of weigh-in.

17 pounds down from that to fight at 135lbs isn't some impossibility, especially with the way Mikey put on the weight.

Mikey should probably just take the rest of the month off, start back with simply working fitness starting come the start of April, set the Luke Campbell fight whenever it's called by the WBC, and keep the camp to a tight 8 weeks for a fight in the late summer, and then look to fight one more time before the year is out (Lomachenko or Commey).

Mikey should have no issues getting down to 138lbs or so, with it last few taking more effort (hindsight, Mikey is now likely a massive fighter @135lbs).

          Bradley stated the obvious...

Hope he can go back to 135 and have elite fights instead of looking like he did Saturday
... Mickey got the biggest payday of his career... I don't know what motivation he will show in going down in weight and fight for less and less money...

Sometimes stating the obvious is something people overlook. For example, it’s obvious that Spence’s last fights against brook, algieri, bundu, and ocampo have left each in the shelf for extended periods afterwards. Maybe fighting Errol is a dangerous task. That’s an obvious statement and it goes along with the Mikey retirement statement.

... maybe, but he woud have to fight for less and less money -- and it's hard to find motivation in that...

Loma was never going to happen based on all the bad blood mikey had with Arum but I really would have liked to see him atleast talk about it and go after it. You had two top 10 p4p fighters in the same weight class with no desire to fight each other and pretended like the possibility never existed.
