  • Best core exercises?

Really interested about the core. Whats the best exercises for core? I personally do different kind of abs. Russian twists, bicycle and some others. Plus squats and deadlifts. I think ab roller is one of the bests out there but never tried it before.

ab wheel is great and theres a lot of progressions for that too if you go youtube etc.
, can do it from standing eventually which takes a lot of strenght

hanging leg raises are great aswell, this is a good example of progression: http://www.startbodyweight.com/p/leg...ogression.html

i would just say mastering them two would be enough really, will take years to build up to the end of both progressions.

oh and make sure you look at videos for proper ab wheel form. Its the opposite of what you want to do for most exercises e.g you dont want to have an inward curve in your lower spine (lordosis) as that can hurt your back, a good video will explain it better.
