It seems like a con job, it also seems like real science.
Asians eat carbs ie rice all the time and dont get fat.
Westerners in the 1900's ate oats, potatoes and bread all the time and didnt get fat.
Its only modern food thats so calorie dense that makes people fat, surely it is just calories in and out?
Is this guy distorting a fact to make it seem like you need to buy his programs?
Perhaps insulin isnt always in the blood so fat is burnt when it isnt, so eating carbs 3 times a day doesn't matter so long as you have a calorie deficit?
