It seems like a con job, it also seems like real science.

Asians eat carbs ie rice all the time and dont get fat.

Westerners in the 1900's ate oats, potatoes and bread all the time and didnt get fat.

Its only modern food thats so calorie dense that makes people fat, surely it is just calories in and out?

Is this guy distorting a fact to make it seem like you need to buy his programs?

Perhaps insulin isnt always in the blood so fat is burnt when it isnt, so eating carbs 3 times a day doesn't matter so long as you have a calorie deficit?

    Not really.

Insulin doesnt make you produce fat it makes your cells take glucose out of your blood stream, so if your'e in a calorie deficit youre just going to burn that glucose and as for his feeling hungry theory that kinda goes against what he is saying about insulin. If your glucose is low you release glucogen which breaks down glucose.

There is some evidence that low-carb diets work better than the same calories on a normal carb intake but other studies have found no difference.

The main thing ive found with low-carb diets is there isn't alot of snacky foods you can eat that dont have carbs so you end up eating less calories anyway.

Asians are skinny cos thry are poor. Ever heard of an Indian rice belly ?

insulin blocks fat from being used as energy, it doesn't make you produce fat
