I don't think majority of Muslims, or even 20%, are extremists. However, based on my own experience, the majority of them are ok with extremist actions. I went to high school with a lot of Muslims and, while it doesn't speak for all of them, many of them and their families applauded Timothy mcveigh and thought hitler failed a valiant mission. No exaggeration. They feel so persecuted they support any attack on who they perceive as people in power.
