    Im starting one

    Ate Breakfast--- a nutra grain bar and a peanutbutter sandwich

    Jumped rope- five 3min. rounds with 1 min. inbetween rounds

    Did 75 jabs
    75 crosses
    75 hooks- right hand
    75 hooks- left hand
    75 hooks- right hand
    75 uppercuts- left hand
    75 uppercuts- right hand
    75 front kicks- front leg
    75 front kicks- back leg
    75 flip kicks
    75 roundhouse kicks
    75 elbows- right hand
    75 elbows- left hand
    75 knees- left leg
    75 knees- right leg

    Then- three 5 min. rounds on the double end ball with 1 min. rest inbetween rounds

    Then I did
    75 pushups
    100 squats
    100 crunches
    50 leg raises

      lunch- half a pound of pasta with alot of grated cheese

          ate a bowl of cereal then went to work

            Came home ate 2 grilled cheeses and then a salad

              I did
              50 pushups
              50 squats
              100 crunches
              50 leg raises
              50 pushups
              50 lunges

              then I did four 3 min. rounds on the heavybag with a minute rest inbetween rounds

              Then i practiced my takedowns for half an hour

              Then i lifted wieghts for a half hour

                  I taught the beginners kid class today and then helped out with the advanced kids class

                  Then i got into my class

                  First class we did a short workout, then we practiced our breakfalls. we practiced open guard and had someone try to come in on us. then we practiced a takedown off a front kick.
                  Second class we grappled for an hour and a half
                  I worked with a black belt instructor
                  I did well against him
                  It was a good class

                    Worked on my kicking and punching for about an hour
                    Just worked technique and different combos
