  • More Dangerous Today? Past-Prime Wladimir Klitschko OR Charles Martin On The Come Up?

We saw Wladimir having some real trouble with Bryant Jennings so he was showing genuine signs of being past prime and on the slide even before Fury beat him. 5 months after the Wladimir fight which went to the scorecards, Jennings was knocked out in 7 rounds by Luis Ortiz.

Charles Martin is arguably yet to hit his prime, although perhaps some might say he's in the midst of it now.

So who do you think is actually a more dangerous opponent at the current time?

Past-prime, on the decline, Wladimir Klitschko..

Only Fury and Ortiz beat Martin right now. The man is a threat.

All you have to worry about in a past prime Wlad is the right hand. You know everything he's doing is just to set up that right hand, and if things don't go his way you already know what he'll do; clinch, clinch, clinch.

Avoid his jab and force the fight on the inside where he is absolutely clueless and you're good to go.

We don't know enough about Martin to get a good judgement.

I guarantee you, AJ beats Martin. No ifs, buts or controversies.

Wlad beats every HW in the world apart from Tyson Fury. Martin would get flattened.

As other people have said, Wlad beats everyone apart from Fury.

I was thinking a similar thing too, he's an unknown quantity at the moment but he has some decent power, footwork and fair defence but only after he gets warmed up. One of his problems is that he's a slow starter and can get tagged with some bombs early which, if happens against Joshua could be a major problem for him. He needs to be properly warmed up and start fast. If that happens it's going to be a very interesting fight.
