Povetkin's meldonium results were very low and they still called that fight off and Wilder sued him and won so I'll pull rank on your guy. So the 'if it's only a little bit it doesn't matter' excuse is not accepted, some people microdose and others take substances to flush their system, and because they're doing shady shit they're using shady people so it doesn't always work 100% and you end up with 'low levels' people scramble around to find excuses for.

The Mexican football team tested positive in 2011 and since then the issue has been known about but the top Mexican boxer with a team of people advising him on exercise and diet just gives it a go anyway? Right...

              Ill just leave this here............

"As part of the voluntary testing program that Canelo Alvarez insisted on ahead of his May 5 fight, one of his results came back positive for trace levels of clenbuterol, consistent with meat contamination that has impacted dozens of athletes in Mexico over the last years," Golden Boy Promotions, Alvarez's promoter, said in a statement addressing the positive test.

"As Daniel Eichner, director of [the Sports Medicine Research and Testing Laboratory], the WADA-accredited lab that conducted the tests stated in his letter [on Monday], 'These values are all within the range of what is expected from meat contamination.' Upon receiving this information, Golden Boy immediately notified the Nevada State Athletic Commission and Gennady Golovkin's promoter, Tom Loeffler."
So they were aware of the meat contamination already and still decided to skirt the line anyway? What point are you trying to make?

lol meldonium is not the same thing as clenbuterol which has a long documented history of being in the food supplies in mexico. He had a small amount consistent with food contamination and he lives and trained in a country where this crap is in half their food. And NFL players with the top advisers in the world still had this problem with a guy going to Mexico and it showing up in his tests and guess what the NFL which is strict as phuk in their drug suspension policy ruled in the players favor not banning him. And folks acting like you can only get this by eating at a taco cart. The NFL player got it from restaurants in Mexico and had receipts to prove it. This shyt is in the cattle and farms where everyone gets their meats not just in a random hood taco cart. SMH

Why would Eichner give a damn about Canelo?

It makes no sense to say he would be a part of damage control.

So you are telling all fighters to go train in Mexico from now on so they can use PEDs and cheat?

Pure Damage Control. Extremely suspicious that a WADA official bows down so much to make excuses for Canelo and Golden Boy. Money Talks.
