Looking at this thing it seems like it spins a lot when you hit it with hooks. I wonder if there is a way to hang it to prevent that?

Why would you want to do that? If you would hang it in a way it wont spin, it would put additional stresses to the material, causing fatigue much quicker.


So many pro boxers are training with Aqua Bags, I think it's impossible to name them all. It would probably make more sense to the get a list of the gyms who are using them now.

When I throw a hook on a bag I don't want it to spin. Maybe it's just me but I hate that.
