The 2009 Nobel Peace Prize was awarded to President Obama for his "extraordinary efforts to strengthen international diplomacy and cooperation between peoples".

I don't think either accurately describes what Trump has done during his Presidency. There are some good things he has tried to do in N/S Korea so I understand why the SK President asked Trump be nominated.
