Why are native english speaking people calling others dumb for not speaking english

Yanks are mostly dumb as rocks(I have a lot friends and know very smart people from yankland but I'm talking about the average fat yank).....I write better in English than most natives I know...hell, boxingscene idiots thought there was no way I could be Mexican because my English is too good...only dumb ****s are impressed by basic skills.

Your typical yank is far more educated/smarter than your typical Mexican.

I don't call anybody dumb who can't speak English.

However, I do think it is frustrating for somebody to come to America, or ANY country for that matter, and be arrogant enough to NOT expect to know how to speak understandable (native language).
