levels man..GGG is a p4p fighter and Charlo isnt....isnt that hard to understand at all..Plus Wade wasnt even the mandatory..he was a replacement for the mandatory

I dont remember exactly where but i think it was the pre fight HBO 24/7 or something, or he had a youtube clip of him in training camp with a bracelet on.
