And make sure to have it in the hipster area of your neighborhood (I lived in a hipster neighborhood in NY & there were a ton of overcharging food joints there`that easily could have been importing chicken from some other places & adding a few bucks to their purchase price now that I think of it). Only hipsters are buying $13 chicken.

Idk about hipster capital, but most of the places around where I lived had prices 2x+ what other places were selling similar items, but they were the hip places with a whole other customer base so they could get away with charging more.

And bro you can get a 2 pc at Popeyes for $5-$6 so yea $13 is a nice lil boost in price. Hell there is a chicken & waffle place at New York New York Casino & I think they charge $12 & almost everything on the LV strip is 2x, 3x or more in price.
