Even as a kid, I never laughed or made fun of disabled or ******ed people.

I did laugh at Chinese and Indian kids though, for no reason whatsoever. It was wrong and I feel really bad about It, even though I still laugh at them to this day.

laughing at people isnt nice (unless those people are fncking stupid and tested fate)
laughing WITH people is what its about. if a handicapped person is making jokes about themselves, it should be ok to laugh (if theyre funny. no pity giggles from me).

I once saw a handicap man at my local bakery and I smiled at him and he gave me the knuckle fist shake & I did the same back
