  • Ramon Dekker’s Man, Myth Or Legend?

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uPyqt8Z9j98&app=desktop

I made this Muay Thai Fan Film, trying to be as fair as possible to Dekker’s and other fighters of his era.

    poorman's mickey walker.

    always pushing the limits.

    really, an astonishing human being.

His fight with Sudo was yet another reminder of how superior grappling is to striking, though.

Just googled Mickey Walker, I’ll check him out later.

I agree about Sudo though, his striking was way better than any MMA fighters but that’s natural if that’s all you do all day.

Mickey Walker might be the toughest mother fooker ever.

He was a beast. A legend in his time.

Robinson gets a lot more attention these days. But Walker feated on men who punched a whole lot harder than Artie Levine. And never got hot flashes against anyone as bad as Maxim.

Greb was the only fighter his own size who could beat him. And even then, Walker might have been a bit green.

he truly is one of the best ever P4P. You see a lot of Walker in Duran (who had the benefit of being trained by Ray Arcel decades later).
