    I drink a cup of tea made from ginger powder at night and also in the mornings. I’ve also drink a beer made from ginger which I brew on the weekends. My main focus was ginger as an anti inflammatory but another benefit has been an improvement in my cholesterol levels, which I did not expect.
    I drink tea made from ginger powder and turmeric with pepper to enhance immune system and lower inflammation daily.
