  • To much fruit??

    i heard there is such thing as to much fruit because of the sugar
    , so tell me how much fruit do you eat a day?

      It all depends on how much you eat. I eat a banana a day, maybe 2. And I'm fine. Usually I eat a banana in the morning for an insulin spike and a banana after a workout for one.

      They have very high glycemic index putting it in the same category as simple sugars.

      I would still recommend you eat them nonetheless, they contain lots of fibre and plenty of vitamins, just don't overdue it. Eat it when I do and you'll be fine. Do some research on an insulin spike in the morning and after a workout and you'll understand.

        fruit is great as long as you mix in other healthy things with it. but if fruit is absouletly ALL you eat, then its fatting because of the sugar. its great for you as long as you dont over do it

          depends on the fruit.

          bananas are very high in kcal so dont overdo them.

          but apples grape fruit etc you can eat a lot of.

          1 pound of fruit a day is recomended
