I have to go with Walt Kowalski(Clint Eastwood) in Gran Torino as my all time favorite from a movie. He was funny as hell. Lots of hilarious lines. He made fun of anyone.

Uncle Ruckus from the Boondocks is the GOAT of all racist/bigot show characters. That episode where Tim was possessed makes my sides hurt and I tear up laughing every time I watch it. "A job application." .

The preacher from Don't Be a Menace to South Central While Drinking Your Juice in the Hood was hilarious as hell. Passes up a sexy black chick for this ugly trailer park white woman but hates whites lol.

Dave Chappelle does some hilarious ones. Clayton Biggsby is my favorite one.
