Actually over the last 3 years UAE have taken in 160,000 Syrian refugees. Not sure about the other countries but that image is clearly from some image from a facebook ****** that everyone shares along with Britain First posts and takes at face value because they read the daily mail and if they were given an issue of the economist they would reply "but where are the pictures?" whilst sitting in their council estate in fcking Peckham.

Firstly, There have been millions of refugees taken in by these countries put together, then placed in refugee camps but none that have been 'rehomed.' Mostly because there is little to no welfare system in these countries because the GDP per capita is huge. There is no precedent and has before this never been a great need for a welfare state because of how the country operates, hence the reason for the horrendous conditions that Qatar workers on the world cup are currently subject to.

There are 133,862 registered Syrian refugees in Egypt, 247,861 registered in Iraq, 629,245 registered in Jordan with a further 700,000 estimated unregistered, 1,185,241 registered in Lebanon, 1,938,999 in Turkey.
