    Whitaker
    Jones Jr
    Holyfield
    Mayweather
    Pacquaio
    Hopkins
    Morales
    Barrera
    Toney

    Think that's all the ATG's I'd have from 90-present.

Edit - I forgot McCallum and Marquez.

      toney probably isn't.

not because of skills , because he was better than half the guys on that list skill-wise imo.

but.....he went MIA 175-190 until jirov fight imo.

Yeah but that's one division, really. Pacquiao didn't do anything at 135 either. Toney's resume at 160, his epic win over Jirov followed by his HW success is ATG worthy.

hey don't get me wrong..... love me some toney.

i think in his prime , properly motivated , in shape , well trained...... toney beats anyone under heavyweight and a lot of the good smaller heavyweights too.

but from roy loss to vassiliy win was like 7 years i think.

he had training issues , weight issues , problems getting big fights , etc.

            I agree it's certainly debatable.

And I wouldn't argue if someone were to think he wasn't an ATG. Nor would I if someone did.

I do feel he atleast has some sort of argument for ATG status though, from what he achieved. Despite his inconsistency.

i remember roy jones saying something about how with toney's weight issues or whatever..... that he thought toney should have jumped to heavyweight and skipped 175-190 altogether.

i would have liked to see that.

see a 5'10 200 lb. toney in his prime competing with the big boys.

i really would have enjoyed seeing how that turned out in the 90's-early 2000's.

                    Is this ATG or HOF?

or do you consider both the same thing?

Yes....but that doesn't take away from what he accomplished.
