definately, anything at all that will help incease cardio is good for a boxer, but the best cardio workout IMO is swimming, give it a shot if you havent
I do a lot of cycling, more in the summer than in the winter months but I find it great for cardio and it varies my training. I probably do skipping more than anything, but a mixture of skipping, running, cycling, swimming etc. is sure to give you good cardio and all round fitness.
