I was looking into German inventions and discoveries and they pretty much own most of the scientific and engineering world as well other categories like sociology, politics, workforce, chemistry, medicine (science).

This is a very short list, a fraction, compared to what they have done.

Had they won WWII and become the world's #1 power country, who knows what they would've done by now. I looked through the US inventions, and I saw things like clothes hanger, cigarette, bread clip, credit card, beach ball, bubble gum.

What gives? It's as if we were neanderthals and Germans were highly intelligent aliens.

germany tried to take over teh world twice. that and the size of their country and its resources are why they make such great machines and have such an impact in driving technology, especially during the 20th century
