Well, he's a HOFer and one of the top FW's ever so he's obviously got his place historically and anyone in the HOF is there because they deserve to be remembered for doing great things in boxing (possibly with a few minor exceptions). They are above the top champs of the day and into the realm of being remembered as among the best champions in the history of the sport. That's what the HOF is for, and he's deserving so he's short of what we'd call the best-of-the-best ATG's but he's still a HOF, which is just the next tier down if you will.

If he was nowhere near it, miles off, not even remotely close, then he wouldn't be remembered now, we wouldn't be having this conversation about him, he wouldn't be remembered as one of the best FWs and he wouldn't be a HOFer.

Because Naz lost to Barrera, a true all time great at featherweight, you wonder if hes a Fraud?

That's why this generation of fans have no clue. Naz is a without a doubt deserving HOFer and one of the better featherweights of all time. Is he the best featherweight ever, not at all but he is legit.
