That's because senior citizens have to go back to work because their retirements got wiped out. And these are part time jobs. Not full time or careers. Senior citizens make up the largest demographic of new hires. Pretty sad. So keep cheering the loaded stat line

You're assuming that everybody retires at 65. That's idiotic to say the least. People are living longer and working longer.

What jobs? The LPR now is lower than when he took office. That, and the fact that we were told his Stimulus would keep unemployment under 8% and that by now unemployment would be under 5%. In reality, unemployment hit 10% and it's still not lower than 5%. So by their own metrics, they failed.

I could also point out that for his first 5 years (the data for the 6th year is not in yet) median household income fell and we have record numbers of Americans on food stamps.

those metrics were not achieved. Doesn't mean its a failure. Doesn't change the facts the jobs have been added. Employers not paying good wages isn't the President's fault. The low salaries in the public sector is why so many are still on food stamps.

But hey, people voted republican and will get what they voted for. How stupid will people feel when the same Congressman they are asking to help them get employed signs a bill allowing major corporations to outsource jobs to 3rd world countries to maximize profit.
