Not only does the gap practically disappear when adjusted for occupational characteristics but researchers "find that the negative impact on wages from working in a female-dominated occupation is greater for men in the occupation than it is for women in the occupation."

ie you will be punished more for being a male slacker than a female slacker

I'm sure the attractive women get paid more, especially the ones that know how to make their bosses happy. The fat and ugly women are the ones who get paid less and complain too damn much.
