Anyone know where I can get me some Margarito-style Handwraps?

I've just joined a new gym and will start sparring in a couple of weeks. But these guys are quite strict on their rules and regulations. One thing they're particularly insistent on is "must wear at least 16 oz gloves when sparring". Well obviously this is ridiculous, 16 oz is no good for me, I can't do any damage in those gloves! How am I going to make an impression if I'm not knocking dudes out?

So, I need to score myself some sweet concrete blocks like Margarito had. Where do you guys get yours? Can these be bought over the counter, or do I have to get them specially made up? I've started hitting the Manny PED regimen, but I'm a terrible boxer and need any additional advantage I can get.
