      i used to run 3 miles .. then i decided to try stair running ( at my house there is 50 steps stairs from down floor to the roof ) i run 50 stairs 10 times .. planing to increas to 25 times

      and i got to tell ya i ve seen great benefits :

      1- my cardio + endurance + stamina went up like crazy
      2- i breath easily in fights ( i used to breath hard after 5 rounds .. and now i can go 5 rounds easily )
      3- my legs dont get tired when i fight 15 rounds .. they become like a tree trunk
      I'm curious, how days out of the week do you run stairs?
