I hope they're both drunk. They were on that knife edge situation where you can more or less move your body and have a good time and hold a conversation (but mainly with the other dude who is also absolutely smashed) and they have that perfect alcoholic warm glow that protects them from nearly all evil. You can tell because one of them just dipped in some sort of river like it was nothing.
