      I would suggest taking it easy and definately dont go to the gym and get everyone sick. Also, I see no harm in a light shadow boxing workout.

        i usually train when im sick but i just train lighter and dont spar

          just take a week off and wait till your cold has gone mate... you infect other people

            if u have a cold
            u need to work out in the cold
            itll make ya stronger
            or kill you.....

            i dont rememebr to be honest
            but im pretty sure it makes ya stronger
            try it
            and get back to me with the results
            if i dont hear from ya
            i guess it kills ya

              weight loss, hard training and sustaining high fitness levels makes you ill. in other words, u gotta give ur body a rest. Every now and again, a few situps infront of the TV wont hurt.

                If u are really feeling sick rest, if u have a stuffy nose work thorugh it.
