It won't matter. Skills pay the bills.

It's a good matchup. Povetkin will look better vs. Joshua than Takam did.

I can see both guys tasting the canvas tomorrow.

I think you'll find that depends on how much US money and how much UK money you are talking about.

Not when the tickets are priced like this:

      Tickets prices for Canelo vs Smith: $750, $500, $300, $200, $100, $85, $50 and $40,

      https://www.boxingscene.com/canelo-a...mation--106918

      Ticket prices for AJ vs Povetkin: £40, £60, £80, £100, £150, £200, £400, £800 and £2,000

      https://twitter.com/MatchroomBoxing/...78858335621120

So the biggest draw in world boxing, in a country with 6 times the UK population, sold around half as many tickets for his stadium fight, and at cheaper prices, than AJ has sold against Povetkin.

Kind of puts this "nobody cares about that fight" bullshit into perspective, doesn't it?

Yeah .. around 87,000 unapologetic British AJ and Hearn dickriders will be secretly sneaking out of their houses tomorrow and heading for Wembley, then entering the stadium with their heads down and hoods up muttering, "I'm so fcking bored right now" for the benefit of bystanders.

And around a million more will have slyly bought PPVs and will be watching the fight with curtains closed and the sound turned down low so the neighbours don't hear anything untoward and sus out what they are up to.

Idk what your point is lmao US fans not dumb to throw money at a fight that we know guy has no chance of winning but you didn’t dispute what I said canelo selling 30k seats still had a bigger gate than 80k plus gate in uk

if eddie showed up at your house and said, "out AJ's been training bloody hard and could use a blow job," 50% of you would go find your wife, and the other 50 percent would get on your knees.
This guy is the biggest hypocrite poster on nsb.

For years he defended Wilders crap opposition even though he had more experience and was older than AJ is / has now, and Wilder still hasn’t fought anyone ranked as high as Povetkin 😂😂

Watch this guy come back with some lame crap like “you wanna discuss boxing huh huh?”

Sit down you fake ass tough guy, and shut up. You’re a hypocrite.

Not compared to AJ's other recent fights. But that level of excitement was never going to last forever, and a lot of people don't realise what a dangerous opponent Povetkin is for a guy as comparatively inexperienced as AJ, who tends to gas when he has to fight hard for 5 or 6 rounds.

saw an interview with joshua and they asked him if the exciting joshua who hurt his opponents is coming back, he laughed and said his opponents now are tougher then earlier in his career but if he gets the chance he will put the pressure on but the W is the most important

he then says he has been exercising his eye muscles, maybe that is his secret weapon, he can see the shots earlier and counter them with his toned eye muscles

if he does not start rocking his opponents again and dropping them even, then some fans may drop him plus he needs to make the wilder fight next year and offer him a percentage or he is scurrred

I can't believe this fight is actually being hyped as competitive. Only a fool doesn't know the outcome. There will be no upset!!

I don't rate Joshua. Povetkin is rubbish without his peds tho. Tough pick.
