No announcement yet.
Who would put up the better fight against prime RJJ at 168? Canelo or GGG?

Prime Roy would toy with Canelo and make him look like a damn fool like Floyd did. He is just too fast for Ginger to counter and in addition, Jones wont sit still long enough in the pocket for Alvarez to hit. He'll easily shut him out while potshotting him at will
On the other hand, Golovkin would make it more of a fight and competitive. He is a more of boxer/slugger who comes forward to eat punches in order to land punches.
It would be a fun fight while it last, but GGG would inevitably succumb to Jones' superior size, speed power advantage and Gennady's lack of defense. GGG would be just too easy for Roy to find and hit.
Roy Jones, Jr will hit him at will; With clean and flush punches to the head while evading Golovkin shots in return.

Floyd Mayweather dedicated part of his career to address advanced drug testing. The narrative became a reality for how we test today. It's not about the instruments and protocol for analyzing samples today but moreso the timeframe for when fights are announced and random collections... veteran fans don't really speak about this obvious insight
that's why the LDBC don't like addressing it..
The truth is, that commission did not know what they were doing. Roy Jones never tested positive before so why would he pop dirty then? It's because they didn't know how to do forensic testing at the time because their lab was a cesspool of contamination. Which was why they had those false positive tests to begin with

LMAO. the RJJ scandal was a badass coverup like Paterno n'shzz. I've seen threads LOCKED on NSB when its dwelved upon.
Both Jones and Hall tested positive for anabolic steroids after the fight. "Jones was five or six times over an acceptable level," said Jacob Hall, who was chairman of the Indiana State Athletic Commission. "Hall was about ten times above an acceptable level." Jones insisted his positive test was the result of ingesting the supplement Ripped Fuel. No penalties or suspensions were issued because Indiana, like many states, had no legal authority to test for steroids. The IBF sent letters to Jones and Hall informing each man that he had tested positive for an unspecified anabolic steroid, but no further action was taken.
