I find I'm worse and more tired if I do not train, the training boosts my energy.

I agree NOT working out makes me lazy too.

I don't know about being serious. I just don't want to be fat, lazy, and unable to perform simple task like lifting. Plus it nice to have a skill you can count on to hold your ground if something is to happen. I have never been in a random street fight, don't believe i ever will.

it's just nice to know what you are capable of or more.

      plus to chicks dig it.

Well being in the military they drill physical fitness in our heads. Plus they like to surprise us with APFT(Army Physical Fitness Test). It's good to train as a boxer so you can handle yourself in the streets as well as in the ring. While your street opponent is most likely drunk or winded you have conditioning on your side. Sometimes I don't feel like working out but once I hit the Gym it all goes away and when I'm finished I'm glad I went.

When I was fighting pro it was like this.

7-8am Running regularly or running hills.
8-11:30 am Go back to sleep
          12pm-2:30 pm train at gym
2:30-4pm rest and get ready for work
          5pm-3am working as a bartender
When fights were close and we would go to 2 a day workouts I would be at the gym again at 7pm training when I didnt have to work or could get out of it.

          Rockin'
