  • If you start boxing at age 21... don't let anyone tell you its to late

Take Andrew Maynard for example. He didnt start boxing until 21 and he earned a damn gold medal at the olympics.

Also take Deontay Wilder as another example http://www.usaboxing.org/86_1947.htm He started boxing at age 20, he made the olympic team and has a shot at gold. Given his height and ability he was able to make it seem easy.
But even if you arent the most athletically gifted dont give up hope just because people say you started boxing late by starting in your early 20's, you never know what you can achieve.

What if you started in your teens and you're in your mid 20's now? I would say do not give up but also have a back up plan. Don't put all eggs in one basket.
