    But the real question is...

Is Wilder still allowed to fulfill his wish of becoming pregnant?

This issue has nothing to do with Trump. This is a State law, not a Federal one. Take your TDS to the appropriate thread, please.

Now as to fascism relating to this issue, interestingly enough it was fascists like Hitler who was all for abortion.

        Go figure....

This was settled law with Roe v. Wade. If you don't support abortion then don't get one. Let women be in control over there bodies.

Was slavery settled with the Dred Scott case?

Was imprisoning Americans of Japanese descent without trial or even charges settled with the Korematsu decision?

The SC gets it wrong at times. And when it does, the wrong must be righted.

Plessy vs Ferguson, the separate but equal law was also settled for decades. By your logic, settled laws are infallible and should never be overturned.

I say let it be a states rights issue on abortion. For example, your state of Massachusetts had Obamacare before it became a federal law, but your liberal friends decided to make it a federal law for all 50 states, not respecting how certain states have different values and didn't want that mess. Your crazy state had that idiot Elizabeth Warren, who you put into office, wants a federal law to confiscate the top earning businesses and to nationalize those industries. Have that kind of crap in your state and leave it there.

What are the reasons to change the laws currently on the books?

Some people think it's wrong to kill a baby / or end a life before it has a opportunity to walk or talk.

Sure and they are entitled to those beliefs, but why do those people believe that everyone else should feel the same way they do?

Meaning when we have competing values, what matters is the facts of how the laws would affect the collective.
