Meanwhile, Gov. Brown asks the federal government for $162M in emergency funding for the Oroville Dam, which was a known problem for at least 12 years. With all of the federal money California received not one dollar was spent on the Oroville Dam, yet $22M was spent on the Folsom Dam which was reported to be in good shape and not in need of dire attention. Gov. Brown spends $25B on illegal immigrants, but somehow liberal apologists think that $1.3 trillion in debt is no big deal.

The Federal and State governments reminds me of that rich athlete that makes $10 million per year before taxes but spends $15 million yearly, then once they retire, goes broke. The USA is heading that way.
