I have been eating healthy for a few weeks now. so have been monitoring my weight.
I woke up this morning and i weighed 145.
Today i've had porridge for breakfast, a bowel of pasta for lunch and a chicken breast, 2 potato waffles and some beans for dinner.
Jumped on the scales an hour after dinner and i'd put on 6 pound.
