with my gym
so its nto going ot be normal sparring session
that happen in my gym today im going to have to bang out

and prepare for my fight next week AUGUST 18th

but we did spar in our gym

pretty easy
i controlled the 3 rounds
with my jab and dude kept
clinching to stop my pivot
but my body attack was killing him

i go to jersey city weds
and to kearny thurs

Nicely done man good luck in your next fight! I just sparred yesterday as well and my face isnt exactly the prettiest any more haha nothing serious but a fat lip and leather scuff marks on my left side of my face. Didnt hurt just got caught with a few good shots...whatever it happens
