have yall even had any fights yet
do what your trainer tells you
to do
if you dont have a trainer why do
you wanna do someone elses workout
just do whatever your not going to fight
and if you have a trainer just listen to him/her

My routine Been doing this since i weighed 280lbs now i weigh 194lbs
9:30 am
Lift weights for 2 hours monday-friday
400 situps
100 leg lifts
100 situps on the situp machine with 70lbs resistence
Pushups 5 sets to failure
12 pm Training
Heavy Bag 5 rounds
Uppercut bag 5 rounds
Up and Down bag 5 rounds
Mits 5 rounds(maybe more depending on how boss man feels)
Speed Bag 5 rounds
Rope(like mike tyson use to do) 5 rounds
Jump rope 5 rounds
Done
Running routine
Mon,Wed.,Fri, = jog 6 miles......2 forward,1 sideways,3 backwards

Ok, so we are stupid because of the following:
You post a workout, and then post "follow RJJ". Instead of saying that the previous workout is what Roy Jones does, follow his schedule.
In addition, we are not worth much because we haven't posted as often as you? Run back to Brazil monkey boy.
Oh, and for the record it is "in other words" not "Another wards".
