Intent is one of the most important things in training. You must always train with intent. If you are not training with intent then you are just throwing punches and kicks. If yout train everyday with full intent you will fight with full intent. If you do not train with intent you will not fight with intent.
Do not ever half ass anything.
This falls into visualization in a way.
You must imagine when hitting the bag or pads that you are against a person and you must aim to punch through the bag or the pads. You must imagine someone coming at you.
When you work a combo or a submission, you better do it like you mean, do it as if your life depended on it.
When training you must always have intent.
