The first time I tried those I had just gotten over a flu & before that returned from disney world. They absolutely kicked my arse. But I'm pleased to say that today I have actually done them. Not as fast as those guys in the video but yes, they seem far more fat burning than an hour of roadwork.

My heart rate gets up to 185 or 190 beats per minute and I've lost almost 10 pounds of fat in about a month and a half. I let myself get way, way out of shape to see how the effects would be different from plain running (5 miles a day 3 times a week).

I have to say that 95% of the weight that I've lost has all been fat, little to no muscle mass loss at all. The good thing is that you can do this with almost any exercise: burpees, pushups, platform jumps, squats (with weights or simple body weights), pull ups, sprints, jump rope...whatever.

I'm just now starting to focus on abs again using the ab ripper x from p-90x now that my gut is almost gone and I should be back in excellent condition within the next month (excellent condition for me is about 6-8% fat)

I eat chicken and rice with a salad usually. For lunch, I eat whatever pretty much but it's usually something like Chipotles or Bdubs and for breakfast it's oatmeal and some fruit.

I still snack on chips on the weekend but they are all natural chips with little to no fat. It might not be 95% fat loss but at least 85% because I'm not really lifting weights right now as I'm rehabbing my shoulder.

I lose a steady .5 lb to a lb per week with no running really. At most, I do 2.4 miles a week and that's it. I'm starting to look toned up and losing my love handles. Once I get to about 165, I'll be pretty ripped.

It's pretty badass, tonight I did this routine:

Brief description of a few of the exercises

**there is a 10 sec. break after every exercise, I did not put it down below because it makes things too clustered.

**The entire workout takes 20 minutes and my heart rate was about 170 to 185 beats per minute. I weighed in at 168.5lb before the workout and 168 lb afterwards. My shirt was soaked too

platform jumps - using a small aerobics platform, stand about a foot away and hop up on the edge and then hop right back off. Do it non-stop as fast as you can for the 20 sec.

Squats - I used a barbell and light weights, only 45 pounds...go as fast as possible with good form for the 20 sec.

mountain climbers - I assume everyone knows what they are

medicine ball pushups - Take a medicine ball and I did 5 pushups with the ball in my left hand then I rolled it to the right hand and did 5 more, repeat as fast as you can for the 20 sec.

                  Round 1
