  • people who do weights post their routine

    i have just purchased a bench and some weights and would like people on here to post their routines and their stats to help me find out what sort of routine would benifit my boxing i.e your height, weight, age, build and why you do that particular routine (strength,speed etc) thanks guys.

    I like powerlifts, I even do it with Rows and Calve raises!!!

        buy a mag or see what other people are lifting, youve got the net at your fingertips dude, try different stuff, what works for one wont always work for another

          i have and all the stuff i read is benificial for bodybuilding. Would likea routine or exercises that would benifit my boxing from people on here.

            This is a pretty decent routine, do it for about 6 months or until you stop gaining then PM me for a better one.

              it depends on ur goal bro. do u want to gain weight, and if so, how much. if u just want to get stronger dats a whole differnet story

                  Monday
                  Chest n Shoulders and Tri's
                  3x8 Flat Bench
                  3x8 Incline DB Press
                  3x10 DB flies

                  3x10 DB Shoulder Press
                  3x10 Military Press
                  3x8 lateral raises

                  3x8 tricep pressdown
                  3x8 weighted bench dips
                  Tuesday-Cardio

                  Wednesday-Back n Bi's
                  5x4 Dead's
                  3x8 Lat Pull down
                  3x8 Rows

                  3x10 Db alternate curling
                  3x8 barbell curls

                  thursday-Rest

                  Friday-Legs
                  3x8 SQUAT
                  3x10 Calf Raises
                  3x8 Hamstring Curls

                  Sat-rest

                  Sunday-cardio

                    thanks mate appreciate the reply. does this routine build size or is it for strngth and speed. the reason i ask is because i dont want to add size i dont want to do weights for aesthetic reasons purley to help my boxing. also i do boxing training at my club 3 nights a week (mon/wed/fri- 1hr 30mins) would your routine be too much for my body to cope with?
