    Hi im Jacob! Please share me some of your weekly programs. I need those conditioning programs from Monday to Saturday please i really want it .. i want to boost my stamina! Or any link that you can give me that shows training routines .. Thanks in advance! and sorry for my bad english im from philippines.

    go to a local boxing gym...
    and start doing runnings on the other days, when ur not in the boxing gym , if u never runed be4 start with 2-3x a week with 20-25 minutes...
    u can also do weight training and jump rope @ home
