    hello i must ask does anybody know any exercises for shrugs (like tyson had) : )

    shrugs is an exercise in itself for the trapeziods,

      stand up straight, hold bar shoulder length apart at waist,with palms facing in. just shrug your shoulders as many times as you can for 6 sets, add weight each time
