A friend of my injured his leg, he can't run, or use the bike machines. He needs to lose some weight, because of his injury he gained a few pounds, but his leg will take some more time to heal.
Any advice on things he can do not involving running? I suggested hitting the heavybag, in a cardio work out, anything else?
