    What time do you get up?
    7:00am

    Do you stretch before you run?
    Yes, full stretch to the legs and back

    How far do you run?
    4-7 miles

    What do you do after you run?
    I stretch and have a shower before breakfast

    What do you eat for breakfast?
    Fruit, juice and i also drink water. I also like eggs, hash browns and pancakes between fights.

    What do you do after breakfast?
    I rest and then get focused on my workout

    What time do you go to the gym?
    9:00am

    What time do you leave the gym?
    11:30am

    What do you do after training?
    Sometimes i get a rub-down, have a shower, then do some promo work. I also like to do charity work for little kids.

    What do you eat for dinner?
    I like chicken, rice and salad.

    What do you do after dinner?
    Watch TV, and i like to play pool with my Team Vargas family. My family is very important to me. I also like to listen to music and hang out.

    What time do you go to bed?
    Around 10:00pm

    What is your favourite exercise?
    I love training hard. I enjoy it all.

    How many days a week do you train?
    6

    Did you have a job before you won the world title?
    No

      Warm-up 15 minutes full body stretch and warm up

      Shadow boxing: 3 X 3 minute rounds (30 second break)

      Focus pads: 6 X 3 minute rounds (30 second break)

      Heavy bag: 6 X 3 minute rounds (30 second break)

      If sparring cut back on focus pads and heavy bag

      Floor to ceiling: 5 minutes (30 second break)

      Speedball 5 minutes (30 second break)

      Floor exercises:
      Ab work
      - sit ups
      - 8 X 50 leg raises (various types)
      - 3 X 20 dips on the bar
      - 3 X 20 pull ups
      resistance training with therabands

      Skipping: 20 minutes

      Warm down: 5 minutes of stretching then walk around

      To finish: rub-down

                This might sound dumb, but what's Floor to ceiling?

                Also, is the 20 minutes of skipping continuous?

                    9am to 11:30 am? I thought that fighters trained quite a bit longer than that on the regular. Great post, though, appreciate it.
