How many times do you run per week?

    It depends for me - I do conditioning workouts 3 times a week and sometimes use sprintwork as a conditioning tool, sometimes not. For example, sometimes I'll run intervals for all 3 of my conditioning workouts, whereas other weeks I'll do none. However, I get a 5 mile low-intensity run in every Saturday night, as I feel it helps me get my head clear and put the pieces to the puzzle I've learnt during the week into place. So basically I use long distance work as a mental rehearsal tool rather than a conditioning one.

      About 3 or 4 times a week.

        I don't know about some of you but I run everyday 4 times a day Morning, after lunch, at 3PM and then after dinner and eat some light fruits before bed and even run in midnight sometime. I am pretty gifted and athletic but I learned from chinese monk training.
