    im so hyped man i cant wait

    ive been training hard

    im around 195

    i should hit 190 by the time of the fight

    tommorrow i run 3 miles with ankle weights on
    we go around a park with a trail
    that has straight aways and hills

                ive been training since nov

                this is my first fight

                the gloves is going to be comming late this year in NJ

                so i get to have a few matches before
                which is good

                yeah spinks my fav punch is the power jab to the body
                i can land that at will
                well during hard sparring matches
                it also sets up feints and allow me to go up top
