    sorry but they make a difference .... i think i read it on MIT site about a year ago, it made a marginal difference i believe it had to do with stability factor of the punch how it blanaces and stabalises the joint for stronger impact or some bull**** like that.... but anyways. i thought id let you all know cause MOST boxing sites say biceps dont do much, but the play a good part.

    PS i agree with you all as well, lats, chest, shoulders, hips, movement, tris, FOREarms are the main points in punching and is where you derive your strength from, but the biceps bit helps ...
