  • Lower Abs!

    My lower abs are **** right now...it's weird i have crazy abs up top...and i keep doing my ab workout and my top abs have veins sticking out of them..but i can't work my lower ones very well...

    I need some good exercises to balance my core out. HELP

    leg lifts, bicycles, v-ups, and knrr hugs are all u need

          v ups r where ya lay flat on your back, then raise your legs and and torso to touch your toes with your fingers, concentrate on the squeeze, the other i'm not quite sure what he's talken bout but some good suggestions here

            I do elevated sit-ups and I just change the elevation and it works out great for a overall ab experience.

              Your abdominals (rectus abdominus) attach to your rib cage and pelvis. Just approximate these two with hips and knees bent. To hit low abs crunch half way (second half of movement)making sure not to go back more than 45 degress.

              Any hip flexion (leg lifting) to train lower abdominals, is er, not good. You are hitting a muscle/s called iliosoas. Legs and abs is two differnt things. Hope helps.

                i do about 400 crunches a day and stay away from carbs
