    BOXING

    4 rds speed bag
    3 rds shadow boxing
    4 rds heavy bag
    4 rds jump rope
    4 rds double end bag

no running it was cold as a ***** today and i HATE tredmills.

    Weights
    3 sets of 10 standing rows w/ 105lbs
    3 sets of 15 Dumbbell Press w/ 20lbs

What was wierd is i wasn't tired after that at all.

    what should i do?

On top of that it seems i have reached a platou in my weight loss. I have not lost any weight in over 2 weeks yet my activity has been just as high and my diet exactly the same (aside form a day or 2 of weakness) I've even upped my ammount of meals per day.

    I need some help.

Well- you could lift more weights=more cal burned

For exp. I do 4 sets of dumbbell benchpress

      4 sets of incline presses 12/10/8/ 3-6

      3-4 sets of dumbbell flys

      3-4 sets of decline

It's hard to say, because i lose weight kind of easily, but prolly your diet needs to be tweeked a little. Cause you do a lot of cardio. How much weight have you lost all together?

Oh, and usually the 4th set is like 3-6 reps, just to try to gain a little strength, i am gonna go on a strength routine in a month or two.

whats your rest period between sets?

          I've dropped from 262.

          i need to be 205-210
