before i had all these hand injurys i could do 15 in a row, i weigh 160 lbs.

After you could do more than 15 pullups you are not really getting any stronger by doing them, it becomes mostly about endurance at that point.
For example, there are people who can do 80 Two Arm Pullups that cant do a 1 Arm Pullup, and there are people numerous One Handed Pullups with each arm who could only do who 25 Two Handed Pullups.Last edited by Amar; 04-28-2006, 08:19 PM.
